Six months ago we introduced Live Video Consultations through Skype. We can't tell you how much our customers -- and our team -- enjoy these sessions. It's like having an in-home consultation with one of our sales team.
Recently we spoke with a new customer about their kitchen project. We were able to show several cabinet styles, countertop selections and cabinet pulls. And, the customer was able to see how those pieces work together.
From the video chat, we also learned they needed lumber and other products. We were able to get a complete picture of their needs and place one, consolidated order to really maximize savings on shipping.
