KBIS Show - More Top Trends

Get Organized in Great New Ways. The innovative team at Rev-A-Shelf showcased some great products at KBIS. Check out the video to see their new lighting, mud room and closet organization, and new items for the kitchen like the new, easy to install soft-close hinge (pictured right).

Now you have the convenience of extra sink front storage along with the luxury of silence with this easy to install soft-close hinge. Designed for use with all Rev-A-Shelf Tip-Out trays, the unique soft-close piston eliminates slamming and the 45 degree opening allows for complete accessibility to items stored within. These hinges have precise movement for smooth, tight operation and the spring allows the hinge to close firmly and stay closed.

Bold Colors for Kitchen and Bath. Jonathan Adler, potter, designer, and lead judge on Bravo’s Top Design, recommends peppering every room in the home—including the kitchen—with little surprises and exclamation marks of color. “It’s the surprise factor that makes color work,” he says. According to Adler, there’s nothing better than a colored sink to bring a kitchen to life. Even better, he says, “These colors work in just about any kitchen color palette to add a little punch.”

Available from Kohler, the colors are Piccadilly Yellow, Palermo Blue, Greenwich Green, and Annapolis Navy. These new special edition sink colors are fresh, original and bold.

More Room in the Shower. The new Moen® Tension Curved Shower Rod is designed to add an elegant and luxurious look, while also creating a more comfortable shower experience, adding up to 5 1/2 inches of additional shower space. Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel for reliable durability, the Tension Curved Shower Rod is available in three finishes to complement any bath décor. And, with a convenient expanding and retracting feature, the Tension Curved Shower Rod can adjust from 57 to 60 inches.
